Yes — PU holds up to UV far better than epoxy, so it's the better choice where sunlight would yellow or degrade a standard coating.
It handles heat far better than epoxy, but for steam and repeated hot washdowns the honest answer is a PU cementitious screed — that's what those are built for.
Not on its own. Slip resistance comes from the finish rather than the resin, so either can be specified with an anti-slip aggregate to a target rating.
The principle is the same: the slab has to be sound, dry and mechanically prepared. What changes is the primer and whether moisture control is needed underneath.
