Line marking & safety demarcation

Durable, clearly defined routes, bays and hazard zones — applied to last under real traffic.

The system

What line marking is built for

Resin line marking is bonded into or onto the floor finish so it doesn't peel or wear away like tape. It sets out traffic routes, pedestrian walkways, racking bays and hazard zones clearly and keeps them legible under constant use.

Where it fits

Where it earns its keep

Anywhere people and vehicles share space: warehouses, factories and loading areas. Clear, durable demarcation supports safety compliance and keeps operations flowing.

The fit

Planning your floor markings?

Marking is usually spec'd alongside the floor finish itself. Tell us your layout — routes, bays, walkways and hazard zones — and we'll set out a durable scheme with the floor.

FAQ

Common questions

For most industrial floors, yes — it's bonded to the floor so it won't lift or peel under forklift traffic the way tape does, and it stays legible for far longer.
Yes — we can set out routes, walkways, bays and hazard zones to your colour scheme and layout as part of the floor project.
Yes — marking doesn't need a new floor. Provided the existing surface is sound, we prepare it and apply the scheme directly.
Only as long as it takes to prepare, apply and cure — usually short, and it can normally be phased area by area so the operation keeps running.
They can be removed and re-marked when the layout changes. It's more work than lifting tape, which is the trade-off for markings that don't lift on their own.
